My name is Tom Astley and I am a web developer and designer based in Chicago Illinois. I currently work at Ogilvy and Mather. If I'm not at work there's a good chance I am building a web site for someone or working on personal web projects.

Pulleysandstrings represents my portfolio spanning from 2007 to the present. Inside you will find examples of work ranging from Flash based micro-sites, traditional websites and a handful of personal work also.

Made in Britain. I'm also a Canadian citizen and a permanent resident alien in the United States. I graduated from Columbia College in 2007 with a degree in Interactive Media. I've lived many places, but Chicago is home. I can develop for the web and design for the web. I'm lucky to get paid to do what I enjoy doing.
